Bring a touch of the Mediterranean to your garden at a fraction of the usual price. These Olive Trees have been reduced to clear because their heads are less bushy than our usual standard, making them a great-value choice for gardeners happy to give them a little TLC.
These are healthy trees, but their foliage is sparser and their shape may be uneven. With the right care and growing conditions, fresh new growth is expected in spring as temperatures rise, helping their heads gradually fill out.
Plant in a sunny, sheltered position with free-draining soil, or display in a pot with good drainage. Water appropriately, avoid waterlogged roots and protect from severe winter weather.
Please note: these trees are sold as slight seconds and will look less full than our standard Olive Trees on arrival. They’re ideal for anyone willing to give a healthy tree some time and care to reach its potential.
Please also note: For this tree to get back to its full potential it needs to be cared for appropriately, we cannot offer further reductions after the customer has received this plant.
Care tips:
• Feed every two weeks from April to September with a balanced liquid fertiliser.
• Protect from frost – bring under cover or wrap well if temperatures drop below -5°C.
• Prune lightly in late spring or early summer to maintain shape and encourage new growth.
