Geraniums

Hardy geraniums are unbeatable for long flowering colour, reliability and ease of growth. Their soft, open flowers appear from late spring through to autumn, making them one of the most generous perennials for mixed borders, cottage gardens and shady corners.

Popular varieties include Geranium Rozanne, famous for flowering from early summer to the first frosts, Geranium Johnsons Blue for classic lavender blue blooms and Geranium Ann Folkard with magenta flowers and trailing habit.

Hardy geraniums thrive in sun or light shade and are very low maintenance. They fill gaps effortlessly and knit borders together beautifully.

These plants pair well with Salvia, Hosta, Ferns, Astrantia and Nepeta.
