General delivery information

Most website orders are sent on a fully-tracked service with DPD, DHL or Parcel Force. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via text or email to advise when you can expect delivery. 

We are shipping plants to you and therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that you are available to take delivery or that you collect your delivery promptly from any Pick Up Point otherwise the plants may deteriorate quickly. 

Please note, once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property. If you have specific delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order. Please note courier time scales are subject to change. 

Can I collect my order?

We do not offer collections under any circumstance. 

Express Delivery: Order by 12PM Mon-Thurs for delivery within 2 working days

Our cut off time for Express Delivery is 12PM Monday - Thursday.  Excluding Bank Holidays. Express Delivery may be temporarily unavailable during busy periods

Please note that we cannot offer guaranteed Express delivery as this service is carried out by the courier and not by ourselves, as result we cannot reimburse you for late deliveries.

Once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft from your property.

Standard Delivery (Excludes N.Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands)

Our Standard Delivery is £5.99. If you spend £150.00 or over our Standard Delivery is FREE!

Orders will be delivered 2-6 working days from the day your order was placed.

Each working day cut off for Standard Delivery is 12pm. For example, if you place an order on a Monday at 1:30pm, this order will have missed Monday's cut off, so it has 2-6 working days to arrive from Tuesday.

There are some items that may need to be delivered by a pallet service and the cost of that is calculated at the checkout, this will show as 'Pallet Delivery' and is delivered with the same time frame as Standard Delivery.

We unfortunately cannot offer express delivery to these locations, all orders will arrive with 2-6 working days of placing your order. If your order exceeds more than one parcel, we may need to cancel your order due to high shipping charges.

Incorrect address, Discount Codes and Gift Cards

It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct and complete address at checkout. Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. In the event of an error, kindly reach out to us immediately for assistance. We cannot be held liable for plants or non perishable items lost or spoiled due to delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

If a delivery charge wasn't applied initially but an incorrect address was provided, a new delivery charge may be required for reshipment. Should you choose to cancel the order instead, the refund will be issued minus our standard delivery charge.

Gift cards & Promotional Discount Codes:

It is your responsibility to ensure that gift cards & discount codes have been successfully applied before paying for your order. It is not possible for us to add a discount code once your order has been placed.

My order contains pre ordered items, when will I receive them?

When an order includes in stock and pre ordered items, we may ship your order when all items are available to ship at the same time. If you ordered a pre ordered item, this would be stated on the product page. Pre Order dates should be treated as a guide only. 

Pallet Delivery

Please note that for pallet deliveries we cannot give an hour time slot. If requested, we may be able to deliver on a selected day of your choice (Monday - Friday), please note this is not guaranteed.If you are not home to accept a pallet delivery, the driver will contact you and wait at the property for 20 minutes to arrange a safe place with you. Once delivered we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. If there is a surcharge for your location from our pallet courier, we ,may contact you to explain this and give you the opppurtunity to cancel your order or cover the surcharge.

If you request to cancel a pallet order once dispatched, you are responsible for any delivery and return costs.

Can I cancel an order?

Please contact us within two hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched, you are responsible for paying any delivery, return and collection fees

The 14 day cooling off period allowed by The Consumer Contracts Regulations. does not apply to any of the items that we supply because they are items which are perishable. Excluding bulbs, feed, compost, gardening tools, plant pots.

Return & Refund Policy

We honour our legal duty to provide you with plants that are as described to you on our website and that are of satisfactory quality. We inspect everything before it is sent out to make sure it is in excellent condition.

You must follow the guidance on our packing note that comes with your delivery.

If you receive a plant that is in poor condition when you take it out of the box, contact us immediately. We will then ask you to send us a clear photograph so that there is no doubt as to its condition on arrival with you, as opposed to what it looks like by the time you return it to us. Bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. However, provided that you have contacted us within 3 days of receiving the defective plant we will be happy to arrange for a refund or replacement once we have received the pictures and determined the cause of the problem.

We only process returns if you have contacted us before sending items back to us. If we ask you to return items to us you must ensure that you return your order to us to arrive no later than 14 days of delivery.

You must return your order in the original packaging it was received in, along with all protective packaging and bamboo canes. Once your return has been received, we will inspect the condition. If the plants have arrived back to us in the condition we expect, with all protective packaging we would then issue a refund or send a replacement.

We cannot accept the return of products that have been taken out of their original pots or [inner packaging] and will not issue a refund if this has happened. 

If we agree to issue a refund, the refund will be processed and refunded back to your account within 5-10 working days.

If you request to cancel an already dispatched order then you are responsible for any shipping, return/collection fees. We will deduct the collection fees from your refund.

Buyer pays return postage - please keep proof of postage.

Do not plant anything that you are unhappy with as this voids our return policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your plants will arrive protectively wrapped in corrugated cardboard. Your plants will arrive within 2-6 working days of placing your order, we do also offer Next Working Day Delivery.

Your parcels will arrive within 2-6 working days of your order being processed and can be tracked through your confirmation email.

All plants have a thorough description and we offer free advice on our live chat.

Once your order has been placed you'll receive your own unique order number and you can track the whereabouts of your order once it's been sent out using the tracking number provided.

Buying plants for employees has become increasing popular over the last few years and we can help you do this, send us an email with your requirements including quantity needed, budget spend and we can arrange this for you.

We have weekly deliveries so the plant you're looking for could be on our next delivery, email and we might be able to help you out!

We offer a gift wrapping service so that your purchase arrives beautifully wrapped and ready.

If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the plant you have received, please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph of the plant, we usually reply to emails within a few hours and will rectify the situation for you as quickly as possible.
