Hollyhock ‘Charter’s Double Mixed’ is a classic cottage garden perennial producing tall spires of large, double flowers in a mix of rich colours. It creates strong vertical interest and works beautifully at the back of sunny borders or against walls and fences. A traditional plant that brings height, drama, and nostalgia to summer gardens.
