Hosta 'Sum and Substance' is a truly remarkable variety, known for its impressive size and striking foliage. Hostas are very attractive to Slugs & Snails, we recommend scattering broken egg shells around your plants to deter them. This perennial dies back below ground level each autumn, fresh new growth will appear in the spring.
