This collection shows the plants we think are best suited to being planted in pots/containers. This collection does not include all of the plants you can plant in pots/containers as you can plant almost all plants in containers - you just simply need to ensure that the pot is the right size, that the soil is of good quality and that the pot has good drainage. When planting in a pot it is important to remember that the plant may need a bit more care, you will need to feed the plant more and maybe water it more too.
