Will I receive three different varieties?

We always try to include three different varieties in each set, but this cannot be guaranteed depending on current stock availability.

Will the plants be different colours?

Colours may vary and you may not receive three different colours. If you are looking for specific varieties or colours, we recommend purchasing individual plants instead.

What size plants will I receive?

You will receive three healthy hardy geranium plants supplied in 9cm growers pots, ready to plant into borders or containers.

Hardy geraniums work beautifully in relaxed, naturalistic planting where they can weave through other perennials. They pair particularly well with Salvia, Echinacea, Verbena bonariensis, Nepeta and ornamental grasses, where their soft flowers help fill gaps and extend the flowering season. They are also excellent for softening the front of borders or spilling slightly over paths and edges.

Hardy geraniums are valued for being easy to grow and very low maintenance once established. They perform well in most garden soils provided the ground is reasonably well drained.

Plant in sun or partial shade and water regularly while the plants establish. Once settled, they are generally drought tolerant and require little ongoing care.

Many varieties benefit from being cut back lightly after their first flush of flowers, which can encourage fresh foliage and a second round of blooms later in the season.

These reliable perennials return year after year, gradually forming larger clumps that can be divided every few years if desired.
