Delivery, Return & Refund Information


Our cut off time for Next Working Day Delivery is 2:30pm Monday - Thursday. Orders received Monday-Thursday before 2:30PM will be dispatched using a Next Day Service. Orders placed after 2:30pm on Thursday will not be despatched until Monday (Excluding Bank Holiday)

Please note that we cannot offer guaranteed Next Day Delivery as this service is carried out by the courier and not by ourselves, as result we cannot reimburse you for late deliveries.

Our Standard Delivery is £5.99. If you spend £150.00 or over our Standard Delivery is FREE!
Orders will be delivered 2-4 working days from the day your order was placed.

Each working day cut off for Standard Delivery is 1pm. For example, if you place an order on a Monday at 1:30pm, this order will have missed Monday's cut off, so has 2-4 working days to arrive from Tuesday.


The last possible time you can select Saturday delivery is 12:00PM on a Friday, if you order after this time you will receive your order the following Saturday.

Please note that we cannot offer guaranteed Saturday Delivery as this service is carried out by the courier and not by ourselves. When you order Saturday delivery, your order willalwaysleave our warehouse on time to go with our courier but unfortunately mistakes from the courier can happen and as result we cannot reimburse you for late deliveries as we as a company pay for a Saturday service.


We unfortunately cannot offer express delivery to these locations, all orders will arrive with 2-5 working days of placing your order

We usually use DHL Parcel UK to deliver 95% off our orders. For orders which are for Seeds and Bulbs only we often use Hermes.

Of course! As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email/text message with tracking information. If your order has been sent with DHL Parcel UK you will also receive text messages/ emails from DHL informing you of your one hour time slot on the day your delivery is due

Return & Refunds FAQs

If you wish to return your item in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your order you must contact us via email with proof of photos within 7 days of receiving your order. We regret to inform you that emails sent after this time may not be accepted. Our reasoning for this is all plants need caring for and if you are unhappy with a product thats been sent you must inform us immediately to resolve the issue. Please note that for imperishable items, for example pots, plant food, bird food, you have 2 weeks to inform us. 

You return must arrive back to us within 28 days of the delivery date. You must return your order in the original packaging it was received in, along with all protective packaging and bamboo canes. Once your return has been received we will inspect that the plants are in good condition, if the plants have arrived back to us in good condition with all protective packaging we will then issue a refund.

If the result of this issue is a refund, the refund for product(s) will be processed and refunded back into your account within 5-10 working days.

Buyer pays return postage - please keep proof of postage.

In the very unlikely event your order has arrived damaged or not up to standard, please contact us immediately via email with a photo attached and we will review and resolve this as quickly as we can. 

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed due the speed in which orders are picked and packed.
