Verbascum phoeniceum Flush of White 9cm

Verbascum ‘Flush of White’ is a graceful perennial producing tall spires of pure white flowers with soft yellow centres from early to midsummer. The upright blooms rise from a low rosette of silvery-green leaves, adding height and lightness to sunny borders. Its long flowering period and neat habit make it a lovely choice for cottage gardens and naturalistic planting schemes.

It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, tolerating dry conditions once established. For a calm, textured display, plant it with Stipa tenuissima ‘Pony Tails’ for movement and Nepeta ‘Walker’s Low’ for a soft haze of blue beneath its bright flower spikes.
