If you wish to return your item in the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with your order, you must contact us via email with proof of photos within 72 hours of receiving your order. We regret to inform you that emails sent after this time may not be accepted. Our reasoning for this is all plants need caring for and if you are unhappy with a product thats been sent you must inform us immediately to resolve the issue. Please note that for imperishable items, for example pots, plant food, bird food, you have 2 weeks to inform us.
If the result of this issue is a refund, the refund for product(s) will be processed and refunded back into your account within 3-5 working days.
